BreatheFree（運営: 株式会社 ReFlow / ReFlow Inc.、以下「当社」）は、本プライバシーポリシーに従いユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し保護します。本アプリの利用により、本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

BreatheFree (operated by ReFlow Inc., "we") respects and protects user privacy in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

1. 収集する情報 / Information We Collect

端末内に保存される情報 / Data Stored On-Device Only

禁煙開始日、1 日あたり喫煙本数、価格、通貨など、ユーザーが入力した設定値
気分日記、達成記録、呼吸セッション履歴
これらは iPhone 内（AsyncStorage）にのみ保存され、当社サーバーには送信されません
任意で iCloud バックアップを有効化できます（Apple のアカウントに同期）

User-entered settings (quit date, cigarettes per day, price, currency), mood diary, achievements, and breathing session history are stored on your iPhone only (via AsyncStorage). They are not transmitted to our servers. You may optionally enable iCloud backup (synced via your Apple account).

Google AdMob (広告配信 / Advertising):

広告識別子 (IDFA)、デバイス ID、おおよその位置情報、広告操作データ
App Tracking Transparency (ATT) で許可した場合のみパーソナライズ広告に使用
ATT を拒否した場合は非個人化広告のみ配信

Google AdMob collects advertising identifier (IDFA), device ID, approximate location, and ad interaction data. Used for personalized ads only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission; otherwise non-personalized ads are served.

Apple StoreKit (サブスクリプション / Subscriptions):

購入トランザクション情報は Apple が処理
当社はクレジットカード情報や個人識別情報を受け取りません

2. 情報の利用目的 / How We Use Information

禁煙進捗の表示・節約金額の計算（端末内のみ）
広告配信（AdMob 経由）
サブスクリプション管理（Apple 経由）
クラッシュ・パフォーマンス診断（任意・匿名化）

3. 情報の共有 / Data Sharing

当社はユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売・貸与しません。以下の場合のみ共有します：

Google AdMob（広告配信に必要な範囲）
Apple（サブスクリプション処理に必要な範囲）
法令により開示が義務付けられた場合

We do not sell or rent personal information. Sharing occurs only with Google AdMob (ad delivery), Apple (subscription processing), or as required by law.

4. ユーザーの権利 / Your Rights

アクセス・削除：アプリを削除すると端末上のすべてのデータが削除されます
広告トラッキング拒否：iOS 設定 → プライバシー → トラッキングから無効化可能
iCloud バックアップ：アプリ内設定からいつでも無効化可能

5. 児童のプライバシー / Children's Privacy

本アプリは年齢評価 12+ で、13 歳未満の児童を対象としていません。13 歳未満から意図的に情報を収集しません。

This app has age rating 12+ and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

6. データ保持・削除 / Data Retention and Deletion

端末内のデータはユーザーがアプリを削除するまで保持されます。広告関連データの保持期間は AdMob のポリシーに従います。

7. プライバシーポリシーの変更 / Changes to This Policy

本ポリシーを変更する場合、本ページで通知します。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でも通知します。
